In the Whare Wananga we remember where we come from, who we are and where we wish to go to. Based on Te Ao Maori and Yoga of Integral Learning with the help of Healing Haka, Chant, Meditation, Rhythm, Ritual, Song, Stories and Research we shall dive into a process of creativity, which shall bring us to a new level of energy and awareness.
Research of Whakapapa (genealogy), connecting to our roots, finding our own aspirations, eating and having fun will also be part of this two day over night wananga.
Ojasvin Kingi Davis with whakapapa to Ngaitupoto, Ngatihine and Ngapuhi and Waitaha. In his upbringing and studies he was fully immersed in his culture. In 1998 he began studying Yoga of Integral Learning Intuitive Doing with his teacher Shin in Europe and around the world. Waimaania Iris H. Davis was born and raised in Switzerland with Rudolf Steiner schooling. She became a public teacher before studying theatre and dance in Zürich. Since 2003 she studied Maori culture, and was given her Maori name Waimaania after her Karanga studies.
Both are certified teachers of Yoga of Integral Learning of the school MIN-ILIT. They are creators of the Grandmothers Healing Haka Practice, which they are co-teaching around the world since 2004 and are chosen members of the “Cercle de Sagesse de l’Union des
Traditions Ancestrales” in France
